Melanie Maddox is a Talent & Culture professional, Employee
Experience (Ex) Designer and Architect, and happiness-maximizer. She is a
champion of Agile methodologies and Design Thinking, putting the “user”
(employee) first to develop solutions to transform culture and increase
engagement in the workplace.
Additionally, during her 20+ year career, she has managed
Leadership, Employee Development, and Career Foundation Programs - recruiting
and developing college students as they transition from college to careers at
BBVA Compass. She has spent most of her career in the field of learning
and development as a “career kickstarter” and mentor for employees.
Melanie is a mentor for American Corporate Partners, assisting
U.S. Veterans in their transition from the armed services to the civilian
workforce.
When she’s not helping people get happy at work, you can find her
traveling with her sister, caught up in a good book, singing, or dancing around
Birmingham, Alabama.
